Yup, I decided to make another small goal, that is not having ANY untried Chanel polishes by March 25th (my 26 year birthday)

This is the 2nd of the Khakis I have tried, I still have Brun waiting in my Helmer. It has different colors depending on the light. Sometimes it looks green-ish, sometimes rose-y. I really like this, it looks a lot like Particuliére, but is different enough to own both.

Uhm… I think I might hang at the local Chanelcounter a bit too much. Yesterday I went buy to ask about the spring-collection (it will come in week 5), and she greeted me with a “Hi Trine”. We chatted for a bit about the upcoming summer-collection, when she suddenly asked me “you have Riva, right?” (Riva has not been available in my country, nor does Chanel ship here). When I said yes, she replied “I thought so”.  She then said that she really wanted it… And could I perhaps help her get it…?

I got her cell-number, and when I took her card, she noticed my nails. “That’s not Chanel, is it?” I told her I was wearing Lilac Sky, and she responded that she didn’t remember it being that pretty.

That’s so funny that I have to help a CHANEL SA wants help from ME to get a polish.

I needed something spring-y and light after Black Satin yesterday, and both my friend and someone on mua suggested "something lilac" so it was an obvious choice. I have also nubbinized my nails, they were starting to split, and I wanted to put an end to that.

Chanel and Seche Vite: a match made in h***

Dramatic title, I know. But for a np-addict, it IS bad! Since I started wearing only Chanel, I have noticed my nailpolish getting yellow within 24 hours, when I use Seche Vite Dry Fast Topcoat!

Yesterday morning I applied Flocon (a pealy white), and just now I removed it, causing this scenario to happen!!! On my thumb I had just swiped with remover lightly, removing the toplayer. Can you see the difference?! OMG!!!

Latest purchases: Beauty Stuff

I always feel like I need a bit of sparkle in January. Going from x-mas and NYE with sparkles and parties to blah. It makes me feel dull. I recently tried this miracle from MAC. *drumroll*... STROBE CREAM. It has the softest texture, its sublte but still lights my face amazingly. Well, this saturday I splurged. I decided that I am worth it ;) I use it on my entire eyelid and on my cheekbones.

Yesterday I was actually, yes really, just browing through a store. Not looking to buy, yes REALLY, I just felt like looking at pretty stuff (am I the only one who does this?)  I stumbled across this Chanel eyeliner, which was on my christmas wishlist, but was sold out. Well, in this store is was still avalible AND it was on sale. 40 % off. That had to be a sign. So I got it. Its Stylo Yeux Waterproof 50 Jade.

I also bought a new handcream,  my very loved HG, which I had recently run out of, and which was ALSO on sale.

This made january feel just a little bit better. Can't wait to try Jade tomorrow, Im sure its gonna make my eyes pop.

This is not the best mani I've done. I need to get it thinned, because it was kinda gloopy. But it needed 3 coats, so that was a bit of a mess. But I really love this color, its so bright and cheery.

This baby was waiting for me when I came home after a New Years Eve party. Since I'd just put on Holographic, and wanted to wear that for a bit, I decied to wait to try Nuit De Russie.

January 4th I could not wait anymore, but I have not been able to take a decent pic before now.
